  • 1. Reach Out to Us

    Response: Our Client Care Coordinator will respond

    Timeline: Within 24 hours of submitting a request.

  • 2. Introduction and Intake

    Details: You’ll receive a welcome video, this visual timeline, and an intake form.

    Timeline: Within 24 hours of your initial contact.

  • 3. Submit Your Intake Form

    Details: Fill out and submit the intake form.

    Timeline: Within 24-48 hours.

  • 4. Case Manager Intro

    Details: Your Case Manager reaches out to schedule an onboarding call. You’ll also receive a care package.

    Timeline: Within 2 days after we receive your intake form.

  • 5. Plan for Success

    Details: We create a customized Plan for Success and review it with you.

    Timeline: Sent within 48 hours of the onboarding call. Follow-up within 1-2 business days.

  • 6. Approval

    Details: You approve and sign the custom plan, and we start implementation.

    Timeline: After approval, plan begins.

  • 7. Implementation

    Details: We coordinate appointments with our financial, debt, career, therapy and legal teams, or others as needed.

    Timeline: Scheduling meetings with appropriate teams within 7-10 business days

  • 8. Ongoing Support

    Details: Regular check-ins to ensure everything is on track.

    Timeline: Lasts 2-12 weeks.

  • 9. Completion

    Details: We celebrate your success and transition towards a self-sustaining future.

    Timeline: General cycle is about 6 months, but we are not going anywhere!
